Basic Life Support Training and Health Service Support for the Indonesian Mini Cooper Community

Mini Indonesia Club is a community that operates in the field of coaching and sports management of a Car Club, namely Mini Cooper. Mini Indonesia Club is very active in organizing various activities, such as meetings between members, touring, and social activities. Apart from that, Mini Indonesia Club is also open to collaborating with various parties.

Kerjasama Mini Club Indonesia dan RS Premier Bintaro

Premier Bintaro Hospital (RSPB) signed a collaboration agreement with Mini Indonesia Club (MIC). The event, which was held at the Annex-RS Premier Bintaro Building, was attended by around 50 people consisting of RSPB management, leaders and members of the Mini Indonesia Club, and also representatives from Eurokars as the Mini Cooper dealer.

This collaboration agreement is the first step in the framework of collaborative efforts in the field of hospital health services by utilizing the expertise of RSPB's doctors/medical staff, facilities and administration to support the health service needs of MIC members. This collaboration includes inpatient services, outpatient services, emergency room services and Medical Check Up (MCU).

Apart from signing the collaboration, there was also a Round Table Discussion (RTD) featuring dr. Beny Hartono, Sp.JP(K), FIHA, FAPSC, a heart and blood vessel specialist consultant on the topic of sudden cardiac arrest. Dr. Beny said that, when driving long distances, if you have been traveling for 2 hours, you should stop to rest, because if you continue it could trigger the risk of a sudden heart attack, even sudden cardiac arrest. Sudden unexpected death, caused by cardiac arrest that occurs within 1 hour of the initial symptoms.

Then there was also a presentation on Basic Life Support presented by Dr. Vivian Otha Vasthi, Code Blue team at Premier Bintaro Hospital. Basic Life Support is very important to know, so that if someone around us experiences respiratory or cardiac arrest, we can provide first aid in the form of cardiac compression, before medical personnel arrive. Apart from the presentation of the material, a practical session on Basic Life Support was also held.

Mr. Irwan Suwandi, as chairman of the Mini Indonesia Club community stated, "the aim of establishing this community is for networking from various professions and backgrounds, by promoting Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, we accommodate everyone in this community. The age range of the members of this community varies, from young to senior. Our community is supported by an official dealer, namely Eurokars, and at this event we also brought several cars for test drives. It's not just the art of driving but also the lifestyle, hopefully the car is healthy and the people are healthy too. We are very happy with this collaboration from the health side with Premier Bintaro Hospital. Hopefully with this collaboration there will be many benefits that can be gained."
