The Premier Bintaro Stroke Center team has successfully performed thrombolytic therapy in cases of acute ischemic stroke (stroke caused by a blockage in the blood vessels). This therapy aims to dissolve the blockage in the blood vessels by injecting a drug, namely alteplase, into the patient's blood vessels. However, for optimal results with minimal effects, it is obtained by administering it within 3 hours of the stroke attack.
The latest neurointerventional surgery equipment is also available at Premier Bintaro Hospital, supported by a competent and experienced neurointervention team. The availability of diagnostic techniques such as angiography also greatly supports the accuracy of the diagnosis and actions taken by the team of doctors for cases of stroke and blood vessel abnormalities (aneurysm and AVM).
